To date, we’ve got in excess of 60 pieces of equipment in service that were all designed and produced at Rockford’s facility in Regina.  With this ever-growing fleet, we understand the need to ensure these machines can stay operational and our clients can stay running.  

Our after-market representatives will provide you with a priced, comprehensive list of all recommended spares to assist you in populating your internal parts inventories. This may even happen during the design phase for long lead time items – well before the equipment is assembled or shipped to site.

We will differentiate between critical spares, recommended spares, and consumables to give you the best up-front advantage to keep your equipment running.

All of our assembly and detail drawings are kept up-to-date, along with a stringent serial number tracking system, to ensure the correct parts are making it to the correct machine – every time.

Every shipment, big or small, is packaged and shipped with care so that they are in the best condition possible when you receive them. We’ll also prepare items with heat shrink wrap so the product is no longer vulnerable to the damage that might be caused by dirt or moisture.

Rockford is based in Regina, Saskatchewan which puts us in close proximity to the majority of the main potash producers in the province. This allows us to provide fast, efficient service and the ability to deliver parts within a few hours.
