Rockford Screen Extractor

We developed the Rockford Screen Extractor to ease the process of removing and cleaning mineral separator screens in machines such as the Rotex Megatex XD.  The walk-behind, battery-powered carrier pulls the screens from the separator and raises them to an ergonomic working height reducing a once, two-person process to a less strenuous, one-person task.  Due care was taken during engineering to minimize machine weight allowing operation through every mill floor region.
