Debris Removal

Rockford designed an automated, dual slide gate filtration system for the removal of large and non-metallic debris from product flow within the processing mill.  Automated sensing of material build-up, cycling between two hydraulic slide-out filtration screens, and clean-out alarms for maintenance staff resulted in zero interruption in product flow and eliminated the need to rebalance downstream process setpoints previously caused by frequent start-stops in process flow.
