Jeff Doka
A. Sc. T.
Leading a group of people toward a common goal has always been Jeff’s greatest ability. Trained as a CADD technician, and having studied Industrial Systems Engineering, Jeff quickly moved from design engineer to production manager, and soon managed 30 person teams of engineers, assemblers, trainers, welders, painters, material handlers, customer support representatives, and in a common direction toward the completion of client projects.
With more than 12 years of machine design experience, 10 years of project management experience, and years of technical team management, cradle-to-grave product development, and production facility management, Jeff understands the big picture and the way that each individual component interacts and effects the other.
Accomplishing big projects is done one item at a time, and Jeff takes advantage not only of his own strengths, but also identifies the strengths in others and helps them to nurture and grow those abilities. Jeff has an ability to put the right people in the right position to get work done at a higher caliber, while culturing a community of loyalty, respect, and dedication.
“Even with all of the computers and machinery in the industry today, everything that we have is still designed, built, and maintained by people. Getting those people working in conjunction with each other toward a common goal is the real secret to completing projects on time, on budget, and with results that meet or exceed the goals set forth at the beginning of a project.”
