Our Facility: A new Home for Rockford

Rockford Engineering opened the doors to their new facility at 2660 Davies Road in the RM of Sherwood, north of Regina, Saskatchewan in November of 2023.

“This is a substantial investment in our community and province demonstrating Rockford’s commitment to being a strong presence in the industrial sector,” said Brent Bitz, VP Strategic Projects with Rockford Engineering. “With an expanding workforce and facility, our new home will allow us to undertake larger, increasingly complex projects while continuing to serve our existing clients.”

  • Rockford has ample capacity for turnkey supply of custom-engineered heavy industrial equipment and mobile machinery, including prototypes and equipment fleets.
  • Our technical workforce includes 50+ industrial, mechanical, fluid power, electrical, automation, and advanced simulation engineers, technologists, and technicians, as well as journeyperson tradespeople.
  • Our Regina headquarters includes a 25,000 SQ FT facility; 3.5-acre levelled, graded, graveled, fenced property with adequate lay-down area.
  • Our reliable and dedicated supply chain provides flexible capacity for welding, machining, and painting services while Rockford is focused on quality control, final assembly, and testing of all purpose-built equipment under one roof.
  • In-house crane lifting capacities include 30 tons and 20 tons in each of our shop bays to allow for pre-staging of large assemblies along with safe and effective loading and unloading of your equipment.
  • All Rockford equipment follows a strict Inspection and Test Plan and is Factory Acceptance Tested prior to delivery.

Rockford Engineering acquired the complimentary and Ohio-based Fairfield Machine Company in October 2019.

Established in 1953, Fairfield Machine has grown to become the recognized leader in Pipe & Tube Handling and Finishing Equipment.
